How to Visit The Forest

This year, Electric Forest makes an intimate expansion to two weekends. The First Weekend is June 22-25, 2017. The Second Weekend is June 29-July 2, 2017.

 How to Visit The Forest

Wristbands for each weekend are sold separately. You must purchase a Wristband or Lodging Package for each weekend if you would like to attend both events.

Layaway Payment Plans are available for all Wristbands and Lodging Packages. Learn more about Layaway.

Tickets that are marked as sold out may be available on the Official Wristband Exchange. Learn more about buying on the exchange.

Each individual who would like to attend Electric Forest must have their own wristband. The General Admission (GA) Camping Wristband is the most common wristband and includes a camping spot, and complimentary parking in your camp for carpools. GA Camping also offers early arrival with the limited Wednesday Arrival Parking Pass.

The best way to arrive at Electric Forest is by taking an Official Electric Forest Shuttle. Shuttles depart from major cities around the festival, the Muskegon Airport, the Grand Rapids Airport, and Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. Those who arrive on shuttles are eligible for complimentary early arrival, and tent only GA Camping close to the venue entrance.

Special GA Camps, including Her Forest, a camp for those who identify as women who would like to camp together, Camp Traction, a camp for those who would like to camp with fellow sober patrons, and Electric Forces, for military veterans and their friends, open for registration with the on sale.

Looking to find a shaded forest to camp in? Select the GA Maplewoods option.

Electric Forest’s VIP Program is called The Good Life. Good Life Village Camping and Sherwood Court Tent Only Camping are the main VIP camping options. The Good Life also offers a variety of lodging options throughout the expansive festival grounds…

If you want The Forest to provide a tent, there are several options in The Good Life. Electric Avenue and Northern Lights Lane are located in the Good Life Village, steps from the entrance to Sherwood Forest.

If you seek extra luxury, discover the Back 40 Enchanted Campground. This is the highest level of Good Life camping in enchanted cabanas with a whimsical wonderland experience, including brunches, happy hours, and more!

Are you looking for a cabin or log home? A hotel suite, or unlimited access to the Waterpark or the Back 40 pool? Check out our Back 40 and Frontier Lodging Packages, all of which offer a massive list of amenities for an enhanced Forest experience.

If you want to bring an RV, Electric Forest offers three RV options with various levels of service, from full hookups to wilderness style.
