Camp details: Electric Forest Group Camping is an invitation for groups of 20 or more people (including the group leader!) who would like to organize in advance for a guaranteed camping spot. Each person in a Group Camp must also have a GA Camping Wristband to enter the event. Group Camping is located near the the venue entrance in the GA Campground, and all Group Camps are placed next to each other. As your group size grows, your camp size grows – for example, a group of 50 will receive a substantially larger space than a group of 20.
Parking details: For every three (3) Group Camp Members, one (1) print-at-home Group Camp Parking Pass will be emailed to the Group Leader. The Group Leader will be responsible for distributing every print-at-home Group Camp Parking Pass. Those who hold a Group Camp Parking Pass are exempt from the Single (1) Occupant Parking Pass requirement. Any vehicles that do not have a Group Camp Parking Pass, or that present a Group Camp Parking Pass that has already been scanned, must park with normal GA Camping traffic, and may be subject to the Single (1) Occupant Parking Pass requirement.
The fewer cars you bring, the more room there will be in your camp – please take our environment into consideration as you plan your travel!

Step 3: Members Sign Up For Group
The Group Leader will send all of the Group Members the sign up link for their camp. The sign up link will be available immediately on the page as soon as the Group Camp Leader completes their purchase of the Group Camp.
Step 4: Reach at least 20 members and secure your camp OR do not reach 20 members and lose your group
Once a group reaches at least 20 members, its site has been secured and that group will receive a camp at the festival. Group Camps have a minimum of 20 members, but more Group Camp Members can be added after you have secured your camp, until camping space is full!
Group Camping space is limited, and Group Members are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible. Once Group Camping space is full, no further sign ups will be allowed. If you do not have at least 20 Group Camp members by the time space is full, your group will not receive a camp and all Group Camp Members will be fully refunded. The Group Camp Leader will lose their $40 + fees. Be ready when sign up opens!
Step 5: Select the Designated Camp Representative
Select the Designated Camp Representative from among the group (this person should be the Group Leader if possible). The Designated Camp Representative will use the one (1) Complimentary Wednesday Early Arrival Parking Pass to arrive on Wednesday and be present to welcome the rest of your Group Camp members and secure the camp.
Group Leaders: Please click the Start your Group Camp button on this page when sign ups open.
Group Members: DO NOT start your own Group Camp. Only your Group Leader starts the camp. Please get the link from your Group Leader or another Group Member to join your Group Camp.
Starting or joining a group camp costs $40 + fees.
Group Leaders: Group Leaders will pay the same $40 + fees as everyone else when they start their Group Camp. If the Group Camp does not reach at least 20 participants, the Group Leader’s $40 will be retained as a cancellation fee. It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to organize Group Members in advance to make sure that minimums are met before Group Camping space fills up.
Group Members: Group Members will pay $40 + fees when they sign up for their Group Camp. If their Group Camp does not reach at least 20 participants, all Group Member payments will not be charged, and no Group Camp will be provided. Only one Group Camp transaction is allowed per weekend. Group members who would like to purchase Group Camping for a friend may create another account to purchase Group Camping for someone else.

CAMP TRACTION CLEAN & SOBER CAMP
If you would like support in choosing to experience Electric Forest without drugs or alcohol, consider pitching your tent with Camp Traction! This crew’s primary purpose is to provide an empowering home base for those who would like to participate in a clean and sober experience.
Camp Traction is not affiliated with AA, NA, or any other organized recovery group. It is simply a group of people who share the common bond of enjoying musical events in a clean and sober environment.
Camp Traction takes no position on each individual’s choices. They offer support to those who seek a common priority of sober living and hold two support meetings daily. Their location at Electric Forest will be noted on the festival map.
If you would like to join Camp Traction or have any questions about the camp, please email Kevin at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Electric Forest CT”.
