6 in The Forest THE 6 IN THE FOREST LOYALTY ON-SALE HAS ENDED

6 in The Forest is the highest level of loyalty at Electric Forest – honoring those who have been Forest Family longest. 6 in The Forest Family enjoy the lowest price on GA & Good Life Wristbands, as well as priority access to lodging packages, expedited entry (for you and one guest) to the festival venue and a special party at EF2018!

6 in The Forest is for those who meet Loyalty qualifications for any Six (6) previous years of Electric Forest. Those who qualify for 6 in The Forest can participate by purchasing with the 6 in The Forest On Sale.

After this period, 6 in The Foresters who did not purchase are welcome to join the General On Sale, and participate as general Forest Family.

ELECTRIC FOREST 2018 LOYALTY FAQ

1. Can I still get Loyalty if I didn’t register my wristband?

If you did not register your wristband, you must purchase with the general on sale.

2. Can HQ check if I registered my wristband in advance of Loyalty Codes being sent out?

No, if you registered your wristband you will receive a Loyalty Code. Join our newsletter to know when Loyalty Codes are sent out. To ensure you qualify for future Loyalty Programs make sure you register your wristband and read the FAQ found on this page.

3. How do I know if I qualify?

Qualifying Forest Family will receive an email confirming their status. Those who do not receive an email but believe they qualify should apply for recognition here.

4. Where is the 4 and 6 in The Forest Recognition Form?

Please click here and fill out the recognition form if you did not receive a confirmation email and believe you qualify.

You can only submit the form once, so please make sure your information is accurate.

5. When will my Loyalty code be sent?

Loyalty Codes will be sent by 6pm ET on December 4.

If you received a confirmation but have not received your code please use this form to submit for a resend of your Loyalty Code.

6. Where will my Loyalty Code be sent?

Your Loyalty Code will be sent to the email address that received your Loyalty Confirmation email. If you’ve lost access to this account you will need to purchase with the General on-sale beginning at 2pm on December 15.

7. What happens if I do not receive my Loyalty code?

Please check your spam folder, and alternate email addresses. Your Loyalty code will be sent to the same email address where you received the Loyalty confirmation email. If your code is missing, contact Loyalty@ElectricForestFestival.com.

8. How do I buy a wristband during my Loyalty on sale?

Go to the ticketing page and find the ticket option that you wish to purchase. Click the “Purchase” button, and on the next page enter your Loyalty Code (which you should have received in your email).

9. Can I get multiple Loyalty Codes if I register multiple wristbands?

No. Only one Loyalty Code will be sent out per email address, which means that each person should register their own wristband with their own email address.

10. I missed my on sale, can I still use my code to get Loyalty prices and perks?

Unfortunately, if you missed your onsale we won’t be able to apply your Loyalty Code for pricing or perks at a different time. We hope you’ll still purchase during the general onsale. All purchases will still count towards our Four or Six in The Forest Loyalty Programs.

11. How does attending both weekends of one year count for Loyalty status?

Loyalty is measured in years, not weekends.

12. This will be my fourth or sixth year! Do I qualify?

Four in The Forest is for those who have attended any previous four years. Six in The Forest is for those who have attended any previous six years.

13. If I qualified for Six or Four in The Forest last year, but can’t go this year, will I still qualify in future years?

Yes. Six in The Forest is for any six years. Four in The Forest is for any four years. You do not have to attend the most recent year to qualify. The intention of the program is that someone who must miss a year is welcomed back once they can return!

14. I just purchased a wristband! How do I register it?

You cannot register your wristband until it arrives, and specific registration instructions will be delivered in your wristband package. It is very important to register your wristband at a permanent personal email address (not a school or work email).

Wristbands can be registered via the EF Mobile app, or at the Box Office when you arrive to The Forest.

15. Can the original purchaser change my registration information?

No. Purchasers of wristbands will not be able to access, change, or otherwise update the email address or name a wristband was registered under.

16. Can I change my registration information?

Wristbands can only be registered once. After the wristband is registered, there is no way to update registration information.

17. What if I have to pick up a wristband from Will Call? Can I still register it?

Those who are picking up their wristbands from Will Call will still be able to register using the festival app. You must register before the deadline.

18. I purchased a 2-Day or 1-Day wristband last year, will this count for Loyalty?

Yes it will, as long as you registered it!

19. I heard that Four in The Forest get to bring their friends to the festival for free, is this true?

No, this is not true. Four in The Foresters are allowed to escort a limited number of friends through a dedicated entrance at the GA gates from the campground into the festival venue, however all of those friends must have festival wristbands.

20. Can I use a layaway payment plan to pay for a Loyalty purchase?

Yes!

21. I didn’t purchase during the Four in The Forest Loyalty On Sale, how can I be Four in The Forest this year?

As gifts and experiences are custom made and planned in advance for Four in The Forest Family, only those who purchase during the Four in The Forest On Sale are able to enjoy Four in The Forest for the corresponding festival event.

22. What do I do if I want to make sure to qualify for Four or Six in The Forest in the future?

Four in The Forest participants & aspirants should register their wristband with the email address associated with their existing ticket account – this email should be a permanent, personal email address. (Not a school or work email). If you need to update the email address on your ticket account, contact Front Gate Tickets. Please also note that to receive Four in The Forest perks, you must purchase during the Four in The Forest on sale period!
