How to Visit The Forest

Loyalty Programs grant access to special Wristband and Lodging Package on sales for returning Forest Family. There are several different tiers of Loyalty depending on how many years you have attended, and/or what kind of Wristband or Lodging Package you purchased. The only way to qualify for Loyalty is to register your wristband before the wristband registration deadline each year, or to qualify for Four in The Forest. Loyalty codes are emailed out to all Forest Family who qualify in advance of each on sale.

Loyalty FAQ

1. Can I still get Loyalty if I didn't register my wristband?

If you did not register your wristband, you must purchase with the general on sale.

2. Can HQ check if I registered my wristband?

No – please join the mailing list to receive an update on when you can expect your Loyalty Code if you registered. As there is no remedy to your not registering, please be patient and conserve Forest resources.

3. Where will my Loyalty Code be sent?

Loyalty Program eligibility will be granted to the email address that is used to register your wristband. If you lost access to the email address used to register, please purchase with the general on sale.

4. Can I get multiple Loyalty Codes if I register multiple wristbands?

No. Only one Loyalty Code will be sent out per email address, which means that each person should register their own wristband with their own email address.

5. I just purchased a wristband! How do I register it?

You cannot register your wristband until it arrives, and specific registration instructions will be delivered in your wristband package.
It is very important to register your wristband at a permanent personal email address (not a school or work email).

6. Can the original purchaser change my registration information?

No. Purchasers of wristbands will not be able to access, change, or otherwise update the email address or name a wristband was registered under.

7. Can I change my registration information?

Wristbands can only be registered once. After the wristband is registered, there is no way to update registration information.

8. What if I have to pick up a wristband from Will Call? Can I still register it?

Those who are picking up their wristbands from Will Call will still be able to register using the festival app. You must register before the deadline.

9. I purchased a 2 or 1 day wristband last year, will this count for Loyalty?

Yes it will, as long as you registered it!

10. Can I use a layaway payment plan to pay for a Loyalty purchase?

Yes!


Four In The Forest Information

Four in The Forest is a special Loyalty Program for anyone who has attended & meets Loyalty qualifications for any Four (4) previous years of Electric Forest. Those who qualify for Four in The Forest status can participate in the program by purchasing during the Four in The Forest On Sale.

Four in The Forest participants are among the first to purchase during the Loyalty On Sales, enjoy expedited entry to the festival venue for themselves and guests, and a special gift!

Four in The Forest FAQ

1. Do both weekends count toward Four in The Forest?

No. Four in The Forest is measured in years, not weekends.

2. This will be my fourth year! Do I qualify?

Not yet! Four in The Forest is for those who have attended any previous four years.

3. If I qualified for Four in The Forest last year, but can't go this year, will I still qualify in future years?

Yes. Four in The Forest is for any four years. You do not have to attend the most recent year to qualify. The intention of the program is that someone who must miss a year is welcomed back once they can return!

4. How do I know if I qualify for Four in The Forest?

When the on sale date is announced, Four in The Forest Family will receive an email confirming their Four in The Forest status. Those who do not receive an email but believe they qualify will have the opportunity to apply for Four in The Forest status during a limited window. Please make sure you are subscribed to the mailing list – that is the only way you will know that Four in The Forest emails have gone out if you do not receive one.

5. I purchased a 2 or 1 day wristband last year, will this count for Loyalty?

Yes it will, as long as you registered it!

6. What do I do if I want to make sure to qualify for Four in The Forest in the future?

Four in The Forest participants & aspirants should register their wristband with the email address associated with their existing ticket account – this email should be a permanent, personal email address. (Not a school or work email). If you need to update the email address on your ticket account, contact Front Gate Tickets.

Please also note that to receive Four in The Forest perks, you must purchase during the Four in The Forest on sale period!

7. Can you please break down exactly what people had to do each year to count toward Four in The Forest?

2017 – Register your wristband to your email address before the deadline
2016 – Register your wristband to your email address before the deadline
2015 – Purchase a wristband with your email address
2014 – Purchase a wristband with your email address
2013 – Purchase a four day wristband with your email address
2012 – Purchase a four day wristband with your email address
2011 – Purchase a four day wristband with your email address

8. I heard that Four in The Forest get to bring their friends to the festival for free, is this true?

No, this is not true. Four in The Foresters are allowed to escort a limited number of friends through the GA gates from the campground into the festival venue, however all of those friends must have wristbands.
Details on Four in The Forest perks are emailed out to all Four in The Forest purchasers prior to the festival.

9. I didn't purchase during the Four in The Forest Loyalty On Sale, how can I be Four in The Forest this year?

As gifts and experiences are custom -made and -planned in advance for Four in The Forest Family, only those who choose to purchase during the Four in The Forest On Sale are able to enjoy Four in The Forest for the corresponding festival event.

10. Can I use a layaway payment plan for a Four in The Forest purchase?

Yes!
